What does my restaurant pay?

There’s no commission, no set-up fee and no monthly tastie. fee. The standard £1 service fee is paid by your customer.

Who pays the £1 service fee?

Your customer pays the standard £1 service fee on their order. It’s a fixed fee, rather than a percentage taken from your food sales.

Are the terminal and printer paper really free?

Yes. We send you a free SUNMI V2 or V3 terminal and free printer paper. The terminal remains owned by ACORN RESERVE LTD. The team will confirm the model, return and replacement terms, and paper arrangements when getting you set up.

Do I need to type out my whole menu?

No. Take a clear photo of your menu and upload it. We’ll handle the menu setup so you can check it before you start taking orders.

What if I don’t have a website address?

We can buy an available .co.uk or .com domain for your restaurant for free if you don’t already have one. We’ll agree the address with you as part of setup.

Do I have to stop using Deliveroo or Just Eat?

tastie. gives you a separate direct ordering channel. Marketplaces can help customers discover you; your own tastie. site gives customers a direct route back. Check any obligations in your existing marketplace agreements.

Can I offer collection and delivery?

Yes. Customers can order for collection or your restaurant’s delivery service. You stay in control of your menu and how you fulfil orders.

Can I change my menu?

Yes. You can update dishes, prices, descriptions and images, and offer portions, modifiers and extras.
