Built around collection or your own delivery service
Tell us how your takeaway runs: the menu, opening hours, collection arrangements and whether you use your own drivers. We use that conversation to prepare a setup for you to review before launch.
Your own website gives regular customers a direct destination. It can sit alongside marketplace listings; applying to tastie. does not mean you have to abandon the channels your customers already use. Direct ordering still needs a plan for helping people find your link and for fulfilling their orders.
The offer described here does not include a supplied delivery fleet. If delivery depends on an existing courier or other integration, discuss that requirement before making a commitment.
The counter essentials, included
- Menu setup: upload photos, a PDF or a menu link. We prepare the menu for your final check.
- A free SUNMI V2 or V3: supplied for use at no charge and owned by ACORN RESERVE LTD. Model, return and replacement terms are confirmed during onboarding.
- Free printer paper: we agree the supply arrangements with you.
- A web address if you need one: an available .co.uk or .com domain, with registration and renewal arrangements explained first.
There is no tastie. setup fee or monthly tastie. fee. The 0% commission and £1 customer service fee do not describe any separate delivery, payment-processing, tax or third-party costs. Read the offer details so each part is clear.
A useful starting checklist
- Choose the current menu and note any online-only changes.
- Check prices, sizes, extras and the choices included in meal deals.
- Agree collection hours and a realistic preparation-time range.
- If you deliver, describe your area, charges and driver arrangements.
- Name the person who will review the prepared menu and coordinate launch.
Our menu-photo guide helps you prepare a readable upload. The collection checklist covers the counter handover that makes an online order work in practice.
Start with your restaurant details
The application asks about your restaurant, contact details, menu and web address. You can review everything before sending it. If the menu is not ready, send the details first and provide it later.
We review your requirements and contact you to confirm the arrangements. This is a setup enquiry, not instant activation. Your menu, service and applicable agreement are reviewed before the restaurant goes live.
