What the ordering system does
- Your own ordering website on your own web address, with a free .co.uk or .com if you need one and it is available.
- A proper online menu, set up for you from photos, a PDF or a link, with sizes, extras and meal deals as real options.
- Orders printed at the counter on a free SUNMI V2 or V3 terminal with free printer paper. The terminal remains the property of ACORN RESERVE LTD.
- Collection or your own delivery drivers. The offer does not include a courier fleet.

What 100 orders cost, before card fees
Take 100 orders a month at £20 each: £2,000 of food sales. Leaving card processing aside, because every system has it:
- tastie.: £0 monthly fee and £0 commission.
- MyFoodFast: £20 monthly plus 1% of £2,000 (£20) = £40, excluding VAT.
- Square Online Free plan: £0 platform fee; its 1.4% + 25p is card processing.
- Just Eat, own drivers: 14% of £2,000 = £280, or £336 with VAT.
- Uber Eats, self-delivery: 13% of £2,000 = £260, or £312 with VAT, plus the one-off activation fee.
This is arithmetic on published prices, not a quote. Customer-paid fees differ too: tastie. customers pay £1 per order and MyFoodFast customers 50p. Use the commission calculator with your own numbers.
